United Against Violence and Abuse (UAVA) are delighted to launch the No More Abuse website for children and young people living in Leicester! The website aims to provide useful information and advice for young people who are experiencing domestic or sexual violence and help them access further support.
Debbie Hughes, Strategic Manager of Living Without Abuse said “so many young people are telling us about the problems they have at home or in the their relationships, we really hope this will help young people keep themselves safe and get the help they need.”
UAVA is a new partnership of local domestic abuse and sexual violence services that have come together to offer a shared service so it is easer for people struggling with abuse to get help and get it quickly. The partners are FreeVA, Women’s Aid Leicestershire and Living Without Abuse.
